For a gooseneck hitch for your 1997 Ford F-350 with overload springs you would want the B and W gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1110 as long as your bed does not attach to the truck frame near the centerline of the axle. I have great suspension enhancement solution that we can recommend, but the air spring kits for your truck would interfere with the install brackets of the Turnover hitch you have installed so a better solution would a Timbren like part # TFR250SDE. This will provide you with the suspension support you are looking for and would not interfere with the frame brackets of your fifth wheel hitch.

If you want to retain the 6-Way connector at the rear of your vehicle and install a 7-Way connector also, then I would use the Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole Vehicle End Trailer Connector, item # 30717, and cut the 4-Way connector off of the adapter. What's happening is that your stoplight circuit is shorting out to your brake output circuit. I bet if you were to put one of the truck's blinkers on the brakes would pulse with the blinker.
I'd also be willing to bet the right blinker is the one that would cause it to pulse as well. Reason I say that is because the brake output circuit and the right turn/stop circuit of the trailer 7-way are right next to each other on the connectors. Check out the diagram I attached for more info.

For your 95 inch axle we only have 79-1/4 inch or 80 inch spring seats. You can add spring seats to the ones already there, but they are designed for those specific locations by their design. You can choose one like # 7359765 and then weld on spring seats like # TRSS238 at 78 inches on center.
